Ritz Manor Apartments are available to seniors on a rental basis. One bedroom apartments may be rented by a single person or a couple. Two bedroom units are only available to a couple. Monthly rental covers hydro, heat and water/sewage. Phone and cable TV are the responsibility of the occupant.

The rent values shown above are for the current year. Rents are reviewed annually and subject to change as necessary while adhering to the Residential Tenancies Act 2006. Some units are available on a Rent Geared to Income basis.
